THE TEAM

MANUFACTURING TEAM: Doug Moore, Portland Plant Manager

Doug is a veteran of high volume, high tech manufacturing management. He has extensive experience leading large organizations from process development and start up through full production ramp and factory conversions. During his 16 years at Intel, Doug worked in leadership roles building and developing teams and manufacturing systems in five Fabs including Intel’s first 300mm Fab. Doug has degrees from the College of Engineering and Technology, and the College of Business at California State University, Chico.

Solaicx has assembled a team of proven professionals with multiple decades of experience in silicon crystal growing, photovoltaic product development, large-scale manufacturing operations and the successful build-up and exit of several venture backed start-ups.

All team members possess experience in managing effective relationships with large Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).

The Solaicx team specifically includes Dave Bender, one of the world's leading experts in designing and building CZ silicon crystal growers.
